Privacy Policy

Who we are

WraithPawn ("WraithPawn", "we", "us") runs the website at wraithpawn.com, a free place to learn and play games such as chess and puzzle cubes. This policy explains what happens to information when you use the site.

Information we collect

None that identifies you. You don't sign up, log in, or give us your name, email address or any other personal details to use the site. We don't run analytics, advertising or social-media tracking.

Information saved on your device

To remember your progress, the site saves some data in your browser's local storage, on your device only:

• your settings, such as light or dark mode, sounds and difficulty level;
• your chess games, results and records;
• your cube solve times and sessions.

This data is never sent to us, and we can't see it. The site also keeps an offline copy of its own pages and files on your device (a "service worker" cache) so it can load without an internet connection. You can delete all of this at any time by clearing your browser's site data for wraithpawn.com, or by uninstalling the app if you added it to your home screen.

Cookies

We don't set cookies. Our hosting provider (below) may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell real visitors apart from automated attacks. It isn't used for advertising or to track you across websites.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare handles the technical information your browser sends when it loads a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use this information to identify you. Cloudflare's handling of it is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

No third parties

Everything the site needs, including its fonts, code and images, is served from wraithpawn.com. We don't load content from advertisers, social networks or analytics companies, and we don't sell, rent or share personal information with anyone.

Children

WraithPawn is suitable for all ages. Because we don't collect personal information from anyone, we don't knowingly collect any from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).

Your privacy rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR (Europe and the UK) and the CCPA (California) give you rights to access, correct or delete personal information a site holds about you. WraithPawn doesn't hold any, so there's nothing for us to hand over or erase, and the data on your device is fully under your control. We don't track you, so we honor "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control by default.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, for example by adding a feature that needs an account, we'll update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
